   Oyster Creek RV Ranch, Inc. opened in June of 2001. The construction of the park took a full year to complete. It is built on property that had never been developed and had been used as cattle pasture in the past.
 
   Since the park is within the city limits of Oyster Creek, it is hooked up to the city's water and sewer systems. Water quality is monitored and inspected/tested by the city and the State of Texas for compliance with all requirements.
 
We are located approximately 60 miles south of Houston. We are 4 miles from the beach at Surfside.
 
Our immediate neighbors are Freeport, Clute, Lake Jackson, Surfside and Richwood.
 
All  Dow and BASF Chemical faclities are within minutes of our park. Please call for further plant information.

Our Business Philosophy:
 
We strive to provide a clean, peaceful environment for our guests to enjoy, while keeping our prices competitive with comparable parks.
 
Many of our returning guests have told us that the reason they come back to our park is because of the environment that we have worked so hard to established and maintain here. This effort ensures they will have an enjoyable stay at our facility.
 
If you prefer a loud, party-type atmosphere, then God Bless you, but please seek out alternative accomodations, since boisterous, disruptive, and/or annoying activities are not allowed in the park.  We enforce a strict "quiet hour" policy here and annoying or distracting noise or behavior are not allowed at any time.
